The surfaces a buyer checks before they call.

Directories, bios, and reputation, written in the language of the work. We help you earn reviews. We dispute fakes. We do not fabricate a reputation you have not earned.

This is the other half of the Visibility Program. Paid search can put you in front of a query. The click is wasted if what they land on, or what they check next, does not read like a firm that does this work. Profile is that next surface.

Directories, bios, and presence

Directories. The listings a sophisticated buyer, a referring counsel, or a panel already uses. Completeness, accuracy, and copy that names the work. We will not spray a profile onto every directory that sends a sales email.

Bios and firm presence. The pages and short biographies a buyer reads after they have a name. Written in the same voice as our letters: the mechanism, the kind of matter, the kind of client. No “passionate about excellence.” No borrowed case studies from a different practice.

The glossary and industry language on this site exist because a profile that uses the wrong term fails the same way a letter does. We write these surfaces as if the reader does this for a living, because they do.

Reputation work, in three tiers

Scannable on purpose. The first two are how a real profile is built. The third is a hard stop.

TierWhat it isWhat it is not
Generally available Review-generation program: asking real clients, at the right moment, to leave an honest review on the surfaces a buyer checks. Reputation-repair offering: correcting incomplete, outdated, or off-tone listings and bios so the profile matches the practice. Not a volume game. Not a request that anyone invent praise.
Foundational, while those reviews are earned Suppression, narrowly defined: disputing fake, fraudulent, or policy-violating reviews through the platform’s own channels (Google, Yelp, and the equivalent). This is ordinary reputation work used on the way to genuine, earned reviews. It is not an edge-case product. Not concealing or burying real negative reviews. Results are not guaranteed. Platforms own the dispute process. We file what the policy allows; we cannot promise the platform agrees.
Never available None of this is for sale, scoped as an add-on, or done quietly on the side. Hard boundary. Competition-related activities. Fabricated reviews. Gated or fake reputation schemes, including filtering negative reviews away from public view before they post. We do not do this. We will not do this. If that is the work you want, we are not the firm.

Never, stated once in prose

We do not fabricate reviews. We do not buy testimonials. We do not run a gate that keeps honest negatives off the page. We do not take work whose purpose is to damage a competitor’s reputation. Suppression means a legitimate dispute of a fake or policy-violating listing, not a way to hide a real client’s experience.

How we bill

This is Visibility Program work, billed for the surfaces, not as a share of your files. Search ad spend is not the center of this page; that lives on paid search, where you pay the platforms directly and we bill a retainer that scales with spend. We do not publish a rate here.

Who it is for

The same firms as paid search: buyers who have to find you. Bar-restricted practices. Incident-driven work. High-touch contract resolution. Hourly and project-fee firms that were never going to fit revenue share.

It is also for firms already running search, or about to, whose current surfaces would embarrass the click. Search without profile is how you pay to send a serious buyer to an amateur page.

What else we do not do

  • We do not run this as outbound. No list, no mail, no phone from a file.
  • We do not turn the firm into a content mill. A blog cadence is not the product unless it is specifically scoped, and it is not assumed.
  • We do not practice. A bio is not an opinion letter.

How this sits next to outbound

Outbound still exists. Profile is not a replacement letter. Some firms will need both tracks in different verticals. Most will need one. We will not sell directory work to a healthcare-recovery firm whose actual problem is a list, and we will not sell a list to a bankruptcy firm whose counsel will not allow it.

The query. This page is what they check after.

How the engagement is scoped.

Two tracks, with foundational services under both.
